artics Clinches Runner-Up Position at Canada's Largest Incubator, DMZ, in Jetro-Sponsored Pitch Event

news post

artics recently achieved a notable runner-up finish in a competitive pitch event, sponsored by JETRO and hosted by the DMZ, Canada's premier business incubator. This accomplishment signifies a major milestone for artics, highlighting our innovative capabilities in front of a distinguished audience at Toronto's leading accelerator.

The DMZ, managed by Toronto Metropolitan University, stands as a global leader in business incubation. It aims to equip burgeoning startups with necessary resources, opportunities for networking, and support for rapid growth. The chance to present our vision and ideas on such an esteemed platform was an immensely proud moment for our team.

The event, conducted in partnership with Mitsui Fudosan's venture co-creation business, 31ventures, took place at the exquisite THE E.A.S.T. Nihonbashi in Tokyo. The agenda was filled with enriching experiences, including an exclusive presentation by Mr. Namiki from DMZ, pitches by various Japanese startups, and fruitful networking sessions.

Our CEO, Arata Nakatsuji, was honored with the runner-up title, reflecting the innovative spirit and hard work of the artics team. This distinction is not only a prestigious honor for us but also a crucial stepping stone in our journey towards our mission, 21st century Renaissance.

The winner was awarded the opportunity to partake in DMZ's acceleration program and an invitation to the Collision 2024 event, complete with travel and accommodation assistance. This prize offers an exceptional chance for startups looking to venture into the global arena.

We at artics are eager to capitalize on the experiences and connections forged at this event, propelling us towards greater heights in our future endeavors.
