One of the charms of Drowning Knife is the beauty of its artwork. Each line is delicate and beautiful. The delicacy of the lines seems to express the transience of love during one's student days. Additionally, the comic portrays the vivid emotions of girls, such as jealousy towards the protagonist who possesses overwhelming beauty. It is a manga filled with a realistic human touch.

Planetarian / Yojiro Noda

I was drawn to this song by the intro. The intro starts with a piano, and the sound reminds me of snow falling on the city. That snow is gentle and warm, bringing happiness to each household (it's an image, but (laughs)). Listening to it makes me feel happy, and I can also imagine the happiness of others. I make it a point to listen to it every year on the first day of snow.

I have liked drawing since I was a child and have grown while interacting with various artists using social media. I wanted to pursue a career in the arts, so I enrolled at Waseda University. This experience made me realize the importance of management within an engineering organization, and at artics, I now serve as the CTO.
One of the most satisfying aspects of my job is hearing feedback from users about the app. I find great joy in this interaction. I am attracted to the idea of creating a platform that enables "contributions to other companies through self-expression," which is why I decided to join artics.

Firstly, I'm a big fan of the artist tricot, mainly because they are an all-female band and they consistently produce cool music. Among their tracks, this one stands out for me. The melody seems straightforward, but it's filled with intricate details, and the lyrics convey a strong message that's quite empowering. I've even tried to cover this song myself, so it holds special memories for me.

Night on the Galactic Railroad/Sheep Literature

Originally, this song is by Ging Nang Boyz, but this cover by Sheep Literature has a completely different and unique vibe that I adore. I have a fond memory of performing this song during my graduation live event in the college rock music club, where we all sang along together.

"I majored in Systems Information Science in graduate school. Being a part of the college rock music club exposed me to various artists. However, I noticed that many of these artists had limited presence in everyday life, with their music not being available on streaming platforms and opportunities to see them only at live venues. This lack of accessibility led me to join artics with a desire to create spaces that make it easier for artists and listeners to connect. If I can contribute even a little to my favorite artists, I'll be satisfied.
